"Sometimes, shopping for a good certified mechanic can be a real hassel. And even when you find one, most of their interest would be to find ways to making as much money as possible from you. In that, honesty can become the most, perhaps, the only reliable tool in your arsenal. However, coming to Qwest Automotive Service eliminated some of those doubts. The owner of this establishment was honest and thorough with the inspection and repairs to my vehicle. And before he started with the work on my vehicle, he carefully explained all the specifics, including things to do to reduce cost on repairs. After the repairs, the cost as compared to the original estimate became less because he was able to research and find alternative ways to getting to the same results at a much lower price. Therefore, his honesty and willingness to making a customer feel comfortable with the repairs puts this facility in a 5-star rating."
